OMG we are so excited to be on your team! You guys are like totally the best team ever! We are going to win this thing so hard, for real. We love you!!!

Alright… seeing as how FOC doesn’t read past the first few sentences, we can start being honest. It is a testament to the ubiquity of this theme that when someone brings up one of the greatest civilizations in the history of humanity, the first thing that comes to mind is second-rate horror movies. In this spirit, we welcome you to our second-rate Frosh Week theme: The Curse of the Pharaohs (don’t worry, the rest of these losers are fourth or third-rate at best, with the obvious exception of Team Black!)

This week we will draw upon Ancient Egypt, mummy movies (from the genre-defining 1932 “The Mummy” to the direct-to-DVD 2012 “The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption”), and Oedipus Rex (don’t worry, not too much).  But most importantly, the secret to a successful frosh week, and first year, is to balance social life, hard work, and belief in the heart of the cards.  We do love you.
