Student Teams: Iron Warrior

The newspaper you are reading at this very moment was put together by a dedicated team of engineering students and is published five times per term. If you have an interest in being a part of a group of students who want to educate their peers about what’s going on around campus, developments around town or breaking news from the world outside, The Iron Warrior is where you want to be. We are always looking for people to write about news but we also want people who love technology, gaming, arts & culture, politics and more. If writing is not your thing, there are still many things you can help out with! You can lead our advertising team to secure advertisements from local businesses and employers. We also need photographers and photo editors to capture the right moment to go along with our articles. You can even help layout with Adobe InDesign, no experience necessary! Send an e-mail to iwarrior@uwaterloo.ca or drop by the office located in E2, room 2347. Newcomers are always welcome. Oh, and don’t forget there’s free food at every meeting!
