Directorships and Events: Mental Health

University can be stressful, but you’re not going through it alone! Each term, the Engineering Society runs multiple de-stressing events, and brings awareness to mental health. These events include bringing therapy dogs to our student lounge, POETS, around midterm and exam time, as well as various stress relieving workshops. The society also assists with informing students about the various resources on campus that can assist them in various aspects of mental health. Whether you are looking for studying skills, de-stressing workshops, connecting with upper year students, or counseling services, the Engineering Society can point you in the right direction on where to go or who you can talk to.
